A 1 hour track session for improvers and runners who are comfortable running at an easy pace for at least 30 mins.

Cancellation Policy

For improvers sessions: To allow us to accept alternative places on the session, please ensure that you cancel no later than midday on the day of the session. For beginners course, please contact us directly should you wish to cancel, no later than 2 days prior to the course starting. Thank you.
