Join us to improve your running

We’re always learning and with our Improvers sessions you will be guided by our running leaders on how to introduce various drills and methods to help enhance your running. Whether you’re looking to get faster or learning to embrace hills, these sessions offer variety and a good range of intensity. These sessions focus on improving pace and stamina. With a nice mix of timed runs, longer distances and a variety of speed drills, we will challenge our runners and improve their overall performance.

As a rough guideline, improvers should be able to comfortably run at least 5km non-stop. 

What to expect

  • A varied and fun session to improve your running and maintain your fitness

  • Up to an hour including warm up and cool down with stretches

  • ​A dedicated team of Running Leader to support group runs

  • Online support, encouragement and advice

  • Group offers and discounts (sign up to the newsletter for more information)

How to book

Improvers meet on a 'pay as you go basis' so you can join us at any time, but you must register your details online before your first session using the link below. 

Once you're signed up, you are able to pre-book your place up to one week in advance.

Session price is £3.

When: 7.00pm every Tuesday 

Where: St Nics Park, Warwick, CV34 4QY (meet outside the cafe).

Please ensure you book and pre-pay your place in advance using our booking system. 

Due to COVID guidelines, we can only accept limited numbers at present.
