Everyone has to start somewhere, and our tried and tested 8 week programme will take you from beginner, working gradually up to a full 30 minutes of running at your own pace.
Run Like A Girl has helped over 3,000 new runners through the RUN30 programme, and with plenty of encouragement and guidance, can help you on your running journey too.
These sessions are always supported by at least three Running Leaders, one of whom is a tail runner, ensuring that no one is left behind.

COVID - 19 Safety & Guidelines
We are delighted to return to group training sessions after a long break due to lockdown. As always, the safety of our runners and Running Leaders as well as the general public is our priority and as such it is of utmost importance that we ALL adhere to Public Health guidelines. Furthermore, England Athletics regularly update their information regarding group running sessions in response to the current government ruling.
